Understanding Donation Bin Categories
A little prep keeps pickup fast for everyone and keeps your donation in resale-ready shape. Here is how to get your clothing and household items ready before our team arrives.
Getting your donation ready
- Place items in a tied bag or a taped box, and label each one "BB" so drivers can tell your donation apart from other parcels.
- Keep each bag or box light enough for one person to carry.
- For a pickup, set everything outside before 7:30 AM on your scheduled date.
- Make sure items are clean, dry, and resale-ready.
Please leave these out

Host a free indoor donation bin and give residents, staff, or students an easy way to donate on site. We deliver the bin, service it regularly, and handle the logistics at no cost to you.
