About Big Clothing Donation
Big Clothing Donation is an innovative initiative led by Big Brothers Greater Vancouver Region (BBGV), designed to foster community engagement and support through a unique partnership with Value Village.
This initiative allows residents from Big Brothers of Greater Vancouver, BGC Big Brothers Big Sisters of Edmonton & Area, Big Brothers Big Sisters of the Fraser Valley, and Big Brothers Big Sisters of Langley to easily schedule complimentary pickups of clothing, books, and household items right from their homes.
The heart of Big Clothing Donation lies in its mission to enrich community life by providing locals with an affordable shopping alternative. By collaborating with Value Village, this program transforms donated items into a treasure trove of low-cost clothing and goods, making sustainable shopping an accessible option for everyone in the community.
Big Clothing Donation is a community-building effort that champions inclusivity, sustainability, and the power of collective action. By linking individuals with surplus items to those seeking affordable alternatives, this initiative promotes a culture of sharing and caring.
